we won't say anything about the INTROVERTED narcissists...we'll just keep on with the EXTROVETED ones...who happen to be male...how interesting is that?...wonder if that would mean that the introverted ones might be mostly female? note that many of the traits of narcissism we value as healthy traits...in men...it's just when they are out of proportion that we get uneasy...why don't we just blame men for everything bad and credit women for everything good...reading stuff like this make me very angry because it is one sided and places blame unduly...anyways...yeah...blame men...and then wonder why we don't want to commit to or marry women...

This story should be modified to state that "104 college undergraduate heterosexual men with narcissistic tendencies may direct their rage at straight women". This could be even more specific, if all 104 surveyed men attend Kent State University in Ohio. What kind of science is being used in this example? The general topic of "entitlement" does seem to be a tangible problem across all countries with "modern" economies and wealth, and this is greatly exaggerated in social networking scenarios and nearly all reality television. It reminds me of the Seinfeld line, "...I found what I've been searching for all of these years - myself!!...and now I've swept myself off of my feet!" The topic of domestic violence and related threads is a serious problem across the globe, and should not be trivialized by a study of college students who may still think that "party" is a verb.

i agree with you JB_1...my point was (and is) the constant portrayal of ALL men as being somehow deficient. this plays a lot on MSN, hardly ever is there an article telling women that they are in any way deficient. i tell women many times, if you think i have mysogynist tendencies, take a look at the fashion industry. one of the women in my life told me something once about male bashing females, she said "all those men that women are bashing and hating on were raised by women"...imagine that...lol...
